BIRTH can be an exhilarating, liberating and more obviously, a life changing experience. I believe it needs respect, research and informed choice.

My priority in your birth space, is YOU. I'm not in this for the cute newborn wrinkley foreheads or that intoxicating new baby smell, that's just a really good bonus.

I'm in it, to be activley by your side,the whole journey. Offering comfort,trust and hands on support without ego, judgement or expectation.

As your Doula I will protect your birthing experience by recognizing birth as a natural and normal process.

I will listen and advocate for your wishes.

I offer individualized, emotional and physical support in the familliar surroundings of your own home or at your chosen hospital.

I will provide effective communication between yourselves and the hospital care providers to create an atmosphere of balance in the birthing room.

It goes without saying that when it comes to your birth partner, i'll make sure they have what they need and are involved in every step of the process because their energy plays a huge role in your joint experience.

Two birth preparation consultations, 2 hours each.

Continuous support during labour.

Up to 5 weeks on call 24/7 (two weeks before estimated due date until labour starts.

Any photographs taken during labour and home visits.

My experience as a billingual birth doula and knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system.

Travel Costs including milage, road tolls and parking.

Back up doula if required.

One follow up consultation after birth.

Including:

Postpartum care of the new Mother.

Help with feeding.

Care of the newborn.

Errands/Shopping.

Learning you baby's signals.

Travel costs including milage, road tolls and parking.

Price: 300:- per hour.

Including:

The complete Hypnobirthing course for parents. 4 sessions x 2 hours each.

Two birth preparation consultations, 2 hours each.
