It goes without saying that when it comes to your birth partner, i'll make sure they have what they need and are involved in every step of the process because their energy plays a huge role in your joint experience.

I do my best to capture that through both image and the written word. I am not a replacement for a professional birth photographer, The images above were taken with my phone. For me it's an easy and quick option as documentation is time permitting. Your support in the moment goes above all else but I will imortalize those intimate moments whenever possible. Any images I take are included in your doula package as well as any written notes about your birth.

Strength - Birth Doula Package
Including:
Two birth preparation consultations, 2 hours each.
Continuous support during labour.
Up to 5 weeks on call 24/7 (two weeks before estimated due date until labour starts.
Any photographs taken during labour and home visits.
My experience as a bilingual birth doula and knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system.
Travel Costs including milage, and road tolls within Gothenburg as well as parking.
Back up doula if required.
One follow up consultation after birth.

Power - Birth Doula Package
Including:
The complete Hypnobirthing course for parents. 4 sessions x 2 hours each.
Two birth preparation consultations, 2 hours each.
Continuous support during labour.
Up to 5 weeks on call 24/7 (two weeks before estimated due date until labour starts.
Any photographs taken during labour and home visits.

Postpartum care of the new Parent.

Price: 450:- per hour.
Submerge - Birth Doula Package
Including:
